Setup Call Prep

Your Setup Call Checklist

Get these things ready before our Zoom call so we can hit the ground running. The more you prep, the more we deploy in 45 minutes.

0 of 15 ready
What happens on the call:

We screen share, install your tools, configure your AI employee, connect your channels, customize everything to your business, test it live, and you hang up with it running. The more info you have ready below, the faster we move.

1 Before the Call Do this today

These are things to have done BEFORE we get on Zoom. If you get stuck on any of them, no worries, we'll handle it on the call.

Download the AI Employee Starter Kit files

Check your email for the Gumroad delivery. Download the ZIP and unzip it somewhere easy to find (Desktop is fine).

Create an Anthropic account (for Claude Code)

Go to claude.ai and sign up. Free. This is the account Claude Code uses to authenticate. Google/Apple sign-in works.

Install Node.js on your computer

Go to nodejs.org, click the big green "LTS" button, run the installer. If you already have it, skip this. See the Claude Code Setup Guide (File 05) for detailed instructions.

Windows only: Install WSL

Open PowerShell as Administrator and run: wsl --install. Restart your computer. Skip this if you're on Mac.

Have your Gmail / Google Workspace login ready

We'll connect your email for automated follow-ups. Have the email and password (or be logged in) for the address you want to send from.

2 Your Business Info 5 minutes

Fill this out so we can customize your AI employee on the call. Copy-paste or type directly in the boxes.

Business name and industry
Your name (how you want the AI to reference you)
List your main services (3-5)
Business hours
Business phone number
Business email (the one you send from)
Website URL
Business address (for directions / location questions)

3 Accounts & Logins Have these open

Have these accounts logged in and ready to go when the call starts. We'll be connecting them live.

Google account (Gmail / Google Workspace)

Be logged in. We'll connect Gmail (email sending), Google Calendar (booking), and Google Sheets (lead tracking).

Twilio account (if you have one)

If you already have a Twilio account, have it open. If not, we'll create one together on the call. Need your Account SID and Auth Token.

Cal.com account (if you have one)

If you already have a Cal.com booking page, have the link ready. If not, we'll set one up together on the call.

Don't have Twilio or Cal.com yet?

That's fine. We'll create them together on the call. Just make sure you have Node.js installed and your Google account logged in. Those are the only "must haves" before we start.
