The challenge

Start with the real work.

A visitor may be buying, selling, investing, managing property, or simply exploring a move. The experience needs to clarify those paths and make direct contact easy without presenting sample property images as active listings.

My role and the project scope

The case study attributes brand application, site and content development, lead workflow, search and measurement setup, and social portfolio production to the project.

What was built

The working parts.

A Las Vegas real-estate presence with a 16-page website, buyer planning tool, inquiry capture, private lead workspace, local-search foundations, and 30 finished social concepts.

  1. Five service paths and seven educational guides
  2. Mortgage calculator and a guided buyer plan
  3. Validated inquiry capture and an approved-user private CRM
  4. Ten single posts, ten carousels, and ten short reel concepts

The important decision

How the pieces connect.

The website takes a prospect from a question to a useful planning step and then to a personal reply. The social portfolio demonstrates the same brand across formats but is explicitly spec work, not a measured campaign.

What the evidence supports

Proof with a clear boundary.

Documented

The supplied study documents 16 public pages, one private CRM page, 30 finished social concepts, search metadata, and analytics events tied to successful submissions.

Still to verify or measure

Traffic, lead, ranking, and sales outcomes are not established. Listing concepts and stock imagery are illustrative and need authorization before use as real property campaigns.
