The challenge

Start with the real work.

Mobile massage requires more than a calendar slot. Hotel access, travel and setup, couples staffing, deposits, and personal confirmation all affect whether a request can become an appointment.

My role and the project scope

The source case study describes audit, positioning, content, visual design, frontend and backend development, scheduling, email, search preparation, analytics, and ad creative.

What was built

The working parts.

A Las Vegas mobile-massage website, guided request flow, owner planner, email infrastructure, first-visit offer, consent-based measurement, and campaign creative.

  1. Service-led site and a four-question request path followed by contact details
  2. Persistent request records and a protected owner workspace
  3. Local scheduling rules for travel buffers, therapist conflicts, holds, and deposits
  4. Segmented email infrastructure, first-visit offer, analytics controls, and branded ad assets

The important decision

How the pieces connect.

The site asks for useful preferences and gives Irish a structured brief, while Irish personally confirms availability, staffing, pricing, and the appointment. A submitted request is not presented as a reserved slot.

What the evidence supports

Proof with a clear boundary.

Documented

The October 11 case study records a live homepage and tested implementation, including 20 public routes, 10 data tables, 22 logical email variants, and 15 finished advertisements. These counts describe delivered scope.

Still to verify or measure

Current email activation and inbox delivery need separate operational verification. The case study does not establish booking lift, revenue growth, search gains, or advertising return.
