Blueprint Media LLC operates blueprintmedia.tech. This policy applies to information collected through the website, project inquiries, AI Operator resources, purchases, email communications, and related online services controlled by Blueprint Media.

Links to another company or platform are governed by that provider's own privacy practices.

Information collected

Information you provide

• Name, email address, phone number, company, website, service interest, budget range, and project details submitted through an inquiry.
• Email address and campaign context submitted for an AI Operator resource or newsletter.
• Purchase information, customer details, and transaction records associated with a digital product. Blueprint Media does not store full payment card details.
• Messages, replies, scheduling details, support requests, and any information you choose to include.

Information collected automatically

• Pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, browser, device, and interaction information.
• Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers such as Google, Meta, and TikTok click identifiers when present.
• Email delivery, open, click, unsubscribe, and failure events where the email service supports them.
• Purchase session, amount, product access, and attribution details needed to complete and support a transaction.

How information is used

• Respond to inquiries and determine whether Blueprint Media is a fit for the requested work.
• Deliver requested resources, products, confirmations, service messages, and support.
• Operate the website, prevent misuse, diagnose problems, and improve the visitor experience.
• Measure content, advertising, and conversion performance.
• Send marketing email when allowed and provide a working unsubscribe method.
• Maintain business, transaction, tax, security, and compliance records.
• Protect the rights, safety, and property of Blueprint Media, visitors, and service providers.

Analytics and tracking

The site may use cookies, pixels, session storage, and local browser storage. These technologies support analytics, campaign attribution, conversion measurement, page preferences, and fraud prevention.

Campaign attribution may be stored in the browser for up to 90 days so a later inquiry or purchase can be connected to its source. Analytics and advertising providers may collect activity over time and across websites according to their own policies.

Service providers and disclosure

Blueprint Media may provide information to companies that process data on its behalf. Current categories include:

• Hosting and site operations through Vercel.
• Database services through Neon.
• Email delivery and audience management through Resend.
• Payment processing through Stripe.
• Analytics and experience measurement through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
• Advertising measurement through Meta and other campaign platforms used for a specific promotion.
• Scheduling through Calendly after an inquiry is accepted.
• Communication support through Twilio where a phone or text workflow is active.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction participants when disclosure is reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

Blueprint Media does not sell personal information for money. Advertising tools may process identifiers and activity for measurement or personalized advertising where those tools are enabled.

Email and phone communications

An inquiry authorizes Blueprint Media to respond about that request. Providing a phone number permits a direct call or reply related to the inquiry. It does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages.

Marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Transactional messages about a purchase, requested resource, security matter, or active service may still be sent when needed to complete that purpose.

Promotional text messages require a separate consent where required. Message frequency and instructions to stop or request help must appear with that consent and in the messages.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including inquiry follow through, product access, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security.

Blueprint Media uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to Blueprint Media, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses or disclosures.

You may also ask Blueprint Media not to sell covered information. Blueprint Media does not sell covered information for money.

Send a request to anthony.s@blueprintmedia.tech. Include enough detail to identify the account, inquiry, purchase, or email record involved. Blueprint Media may need to verify the request and may retain information when an exception or legal obligation applies.

Blueprint Media will not discriminate against a person for making a valid privacy request.

Children

The website and services are intended for adults and business users. Blueprint Media does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact Blueprint Media so the record can be reviewed.

Changes and contact

Blueprint Media may update this policy when the site, service providers, data practices, or legal requirements change. A material update will appear on this page with a revised review date.
