The challenge

Start with the real work.

Applications arrive through multiple channels and include children's photos. The agency needs a consistent review record while selection stays with the owner and sensitive images are not public.

My role and the project scope

Anthony describes product requirements, applicant and agency workflows, interface, backend, data model, and integration testing as his contribution.

What was built

The working parts.

A local CRM demo for parent and guardian applications, owner-controlled review, consent records, communication, and introductory-call scheduling.

  1. Guardian-facing application with required confirmations and sample-image upload
  2. Source-tagged applicant queue, profiles, notes, filters, and activity history
  3. Editable invitations and configurable booking slots
  4. Admin-only image endpoint and a passing end-to-end integration journey

The important decision

How the pieces connect.

A guardian's checkbox is recorded as self-attestation, not proof of guardianship. Manual verification is separate, and the prototype never ranks children by image or makes automatic selection decisions.

What the evidence supports

Proof with a clear boundary.

Documented

The source records a passing integration test covering import, guardian requirements, image access, invitation, booking, duplicate-slot rejection, cancellation, and availability changes.

Still to verify or measure

This is a local demo with fictional records. It has no public applicant launch, performance results, or production-ready child-data storage, staff identity, and retention policy.
