The challenge

Start with the real work.

A visit does not automatically become a lasting customer relationship. Owners need clear reward rules and a useful operating view; staff need a simple way to confirm qualifying activity; customers need to see progress without installing an app.

My role and the project scope

Product direction, design, engineering, and business operations are documented across the project. The separate lifecycle-email release is described from its dated handoff rather than a fresh hosted verification.

What was built

The working parts.

A customer-retention platform connecting QR and tablet check-in, service-confirmed loyalty, rewards, business workspaces, guided onboarding, billing, and branded follow-up.

  1. Phone and tablet check-in with a separate secure rewards-access flow
  2. Visit-based punch cards and service-based points tied to staff-confirmed activity
  3. Business, staff, employee, admin, onboarding, and billing workspaces
  4. Reusable business styling and documented event-driven lifecycle follow-up

The important decision

How the pieces connect.

A check-in records an arrival. It does not award a visit punch. Loyalty progress follows a qualifying completed service, and existing card terms are preserved when an owner changes a program.

What the evidence supports

Proof with a clear boundary.

Documented

The current local checkout recorded 330 passing tests on October 11, 2026, across product and database behavior. Fourteen industry demos are fictional examples, not client or traction counts.

Still to verify or measure

The newer local billing and access work needs deployment confirmation. No verified customer-retention lift, client count, or revenue impact is claimed.
