Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern use of blueprintmedia.tech and online resources provided by Blueprint Media LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or its resources.

Website use

You may use the public site for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not:

• Break a law, violate another person's rights, or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to access a restricted system, account, file, or administrative function without authorization.
• Interfere with site operation, security, availability, or another visitor's use.
• Introduce malicious code, automated abuse, spam, or deceptive submissions.
• Copy, scrape, republish, sell, or exploit site content in a way these terms do not permit.

Blueprint Media may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its visitors, or its rights.

Project inquiries

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, promise availability, reserve time, or require either party to proceed.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for avoiding confidential, regulated, or sensitive information that Blueprint Media has not agreed in writing to receive.

Blueprint Media may decline an inquiry, recommend another path, or request additional information before discussing a project.

Client services

Any paid client engagement requires a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the scope, fees, payment schedule, ownership, access, responsibilities, confidentiality, change process, warranties, termination, and dispute terms for the engagement.

If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls the client work covered by that agreement.

Digital products and free resources

Product price, included material, delivery, access, and refund terms shown at the point of purchase form part of the purchase terms. Offer specific terms control if they differ from this general page.

Unless an offer states otherwise, a purchase gives the buyer a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the material for the buyer's own work or business. It does not transfer ownership of the material.

Free resources are provided under the same limited use principle. You may adapt the ideas for your own work, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or claim authorship of the original resource.

Blueprint Media may correct, update, replace, or stop offering a product or resource. A change does not remove any access or refund right already promised for a completed purchase.

Intellectual property

The site, brand, text, graphics, original images, software, frameworks, downloads, and product material are owned by Blueprint Media or used with permission. Applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws protect this material.

You may link to a public page and quote a limited portion with clear attribution when allowed by law. Any broader use requires written permission.

Feedback may be used to improve Blueprint Media offerings without payment or obligation, provided it does not include confidential information governed by another agreement.

Results, educational content, and advice

Examples, case studies, articles, AI Operator material, and other educational content describe methods, experience, or past work. They do not guarantee a result.

Business, marketing, technical, and AI information may not fit every situation. You remain responsible for decisions, implementation, factual review, legal review, security, and the use of any output.

To the extent permitted by law, Blueprint Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public site or free material.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded. A signed client agreement or purchase term may provide different limits for the service or product it governs.

External services

The site may link to or rely on another provider. Blueprint Media does not control that provider's availability, content, privacy practices, or terms.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict of law rules. A dispute related only to these website terms will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires another location or process.

Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through written notice, unless urgent relief or a legal deadline makes that impractical.

Changes and contact

Blueprint Media may update these terms when the site, offerings, or legal requirements change. Updated terms apply after they are posted with a revised review date. A completed purchase or signed client agreement remains governed by the terms that apply to it.
